FOREIGN UOGUMENTS DIVISIDK3 Approved For Release 2003/04/18: CIA-RDP80R01731 R000200110032-7 'n' o JUL 1959 [Translator's note: The obscure nature of the subject matter and diction of this document makes impossible a lucid English rendition of many of its passages.] Personal Allen W. Dulles Dear Sir, I have received your friendly letter of 21 May last for which I thank you; I am -very honored by the confidence you show in me. It is with pleasure that I send you the enclosed study on two different planes, but it was not easy for me to give full details since I do not have the hour of birth, which is basic indispensable information. But, as in the present case, the solution was found without scientific reasoning; the latter no longer enters into it except as a control. I shall explain the mechanism elsewhere for better arrangement. Pathogenic studies do not constitute the only area of my work; I am familiar with numerous other areas. For example: Comparison of Astral Tonalities. No employer should ever fail to make a comparison between his astral tonality and that of all his main assistants on condition of having the 6peration repeated, if necessary, at the other levels of the hierarchy. ri ZTV- This work is long and painstaking but it presents real advantages of detection in numerous fields. On the diplomatic level, a preliminary comparative study becomes indispensable before the plan accrediting the beneficiaries is made definitive. One can presume, therefore, that with the best means of investi- gation, intuition, and other means, one cannot resolve a problem up to the point of quintessence without using the above studies. Even with these precautions, one can modestly estimate an 12-percent lack of information, on the average. Approved For Release 20 1 'l Is?'RVP80RO.T'! a1 R00020 1fi032-7 ?~ ?u. aHi~.e G,, d . Approved For Release 2003/04/18 : CIA-RDP80RO1731 R000200110032-7 Should you have a friend in Paris to whom I could present, with the necessary expansions, the main points of my work, I would be especially happy if you would recommend me to him, since the written account of all the work seems very burdensome because of the equivalents and parallelisms to be defined in translation. May I join with you in your great sorrow, and please be assured, dear sir, that the memory of your late brother will always seem to us haloed in the golden light of posthumous beings. With very cordial regards, /s/ Paul Girard Approved For Release 2003/04/18 : CIA-RDP80R01731 R000200110032-7 I l J i F ~C i.: f 4? v i := c^ uarvUP14E1~(IS 1)1Y6;kiti:br Approved For Release 2003/04/18 CIA-RDP80RO1731 R000200110032-7 D -3 S JUL 1959 Brief Study Without Hour of Birth of J. Foster Dulles,.born Under the Sign of Pisces It was by studying the theme of Sir Stafford Cripps that I instantly established a parallel on a dissonance from the point of view of health. This motivated my letter early in 1953 and the 13 February answer delivered by your Embassy. I drew particular attention, preventively, to the pathological condition with which the late J. Foster Dulles tended to be affected. Pathogenic Domain Medical science should always be circumspect in the presence of a person born under the sign of Pisces, even and especially if his appearance reflects a great physical and mental vitality. The composition of the blood is unstable. The balance between the red and white cells tends to be disrupted at the first sign of organic deficiency even if benign. Frequent blood counts (and other analyses) very often permit the neutralization in time of any observed defervescence. Generally, practitioners find it desirable to take into considera- tion facts related during the interrogation of the patient or before making a definite diagnosis on the impairment of an organ. The climacteric and sabbatical years seem to affect more strongly those persons born under the sign of Pisces. A recent example: Charles Pelissier, deceased at the age of 56. Endowed during the major portion of his life with a dynamism which appeared in every test. But this was only a front, and the principles I have mentioned should have been applied in his case. Astral Tonality Numerous observations and statistics indicate that persons born under the sign of Pisces have a predisposition to cancer in larger proportions than those persons born under other signs. (I have numerous examples). Pisces represents the 12th sign called the hell of the Zodiac which breeds long and serious illnesses with stays in health centers or hospitals. The relation of cause to effect finds its application here. Although the person born under the sign of Pisces must not overdo the ingestion of solid foods or liquids, he must not either confine himself to too strict an ascetic diet. This type of diet is very difficult to prescribe and the administration of foodstuffs of animal origin with a lower rate of vibrations than the human body seems to require special study. Characterology -- The Influence of Pisces and Neptune of Venus near its Apogee J. Foster Dulles was strongly endowed by Neptune with great courage stigmatizing Universal Love having as corollary the defense of the Human Universe which is translated today by Pacifism. The qualities of clear audience with which he was endowed gave him the latitude to neutralize his opponents by introspection and mental retroflexion. Personally, my interpretation is that he had the gift of vigorous communication with subjective and objective mental emanations. He also possessed a mastery of the tactic of about-face, pretended or not (through the intervention of Mars and Uranus) which confused his questioners while strengthening his intrinsic qualifica- tions as a parliamentarian. /s/ Paul Girard, 55 years of age Approved For Release 2003/04/18 : CIA-RDP80R01731 R000200110032-7 Approved For Release 2003/04/18 : CIA-RDP80R01731 R000200110032-7 Next 2 Page(s) In Document Exempt Approved For Release 2003/04/18 : CIA-RDP80R01731 R000200110032-7 Approved For Release 2003/04/18 : CIA-RDP80R01731 R000200110032-7 TRANSMITTAL SLIP 229 31 July 1959 REMARKS: 0-388 Completes action.
