I read with great interest the report of
your recent visit and thank you for being so helpful
in this connection.
I gather in reading between the lines that
the persons with whom you visited were not particularly
anxious to give you. information with regard to the
nature of their banking system. This follows the
general pattern as most of our efforts in this direction
have not yielded much. Maybe, after all. they are not
too proud of it.
