Dulles Director of Central Intelligence Central Intelligence Agency Washington 25, D. C. RUX Your speech of April 8 is the kind of thing that has badly needed saying the last few years. While one might be inclined to quarrel with some figures, this becomes relatively unim- portant because of the perspective you give to the Soviet threat. At the risk of seeming presumptu- ous, I want to offer my congratulations for a fine job. Respectfully yours, ,~~ X-aep-1 Warren Nutter Professor of Economics GWN/gb Approved For Release 2003/05/05 : CIA-RDP80R01731 R000300030010- Approved For Release 2003/05/05 : CIA-RDP80R01731 R000300030010-9 Approved For Release 2003/05/05 : CIA-RDP80R01731 R000300030010-9
