It was a great pleasure to hear from your I have
followed the correspondence that Clover and have been
having and in that way keeping in some touch with develop-
ments.
It did not require any identification for me to recall
our days together, although. I am frank to
admit I was not sure that I deciphered your initials correctly --
that you Will excuse if I am wrong -- but hope this will reach
you.
I Will be very glad to be of help to your son. I suggest
he get in touch with me when he gets established here in
New York and I should be glad to do what I could most effec-
tively do. I do not generally give out letters "To 'Whom It
May Concern" but I find it much more useful to write personally
to friends of mine who might be able to be of help. It will be
a pleasure to be of whatever assistance I can.
