Attached is a letter Lloyd wrote me summarizing his
impressions after his recent trip in Europe. While this
report makes no pretense of being based on "scientific"
methodologies, I know you share my feeling that Lloyd is
an unusually sensitive observer. Hence I thought this
might be of value to you.
