evidence?
If you ever come to Washington, let ins
know as there are many things I would lute to talk
over with you. Our problems do not diminish either
in number or gravity, but at least that keeps me
occupied - I hope fruitfully, and there is never a doll
moment,

When that pipe wears out this time
by all means let me know. I take great
pride in the fact that the Director of the
Central Intelligence Agency goes around
smoking a pipe of my manufacture, and I
just hope it helps him to cerebrate some-
what on some of the tough problems he has
before him.
I do not get to Washington very much
these days. In fact, I stay out of there
as much as I can. However, I do come down
occasionally, and I will see if you happen
to be free for there are indeed a number
of things we might talk about.
