LOCUST 1-1700
Just returned from Europe - Thursday there will be a meeting at the
Waldorf in NYC of the National Industrial Conference Board on air raid
protection for industry. Mr. Davies is presiding at this meeting. People
present will be people from industry and representatives from some foreign
countries including Germany and Britain who w rmx worked on air raid
protection in their countries during the last war.
There will be representatives from Civil Defense Admin, and Civil Def.
Liaison man of the office of the Secretary of Defense - approx 500-000
representatives
Invitations should be issued to Munitions Board (Mr. Small),CIA, Army,
Navy, Air, FBI and Treasury.
If anyone wishes to attend, call Miss Lefler (Locust 7-1700) and she will
see that seats are arranged.
