Dr. Andrews: Please have someone keep a consolidated
record of all the material which Mr. Heineman forwards
to Gen Smith. I am not showing this material to the
Director as it is received, but since it is probable
that Mr. Heineman will visit the Director within the
next month or two it would be advisable to have some sort
of an index or summary from which we can quickly brief
the General on the general nature of this material in
advance of Heineman's visit.
