REFERENCE: (a) Memorandum for Executive ,Secretary,
NSC, dtd 7 November 1950, from
Deputy Director, CIA.
1. The Ad Hoc Committee established to consider the problem
of providing assistance to the VOA program did not complete its
report in time for anticipated consideration of same at the 57th
meeting of USCIB, held on 10 November.
2. The completed report has been issued to USCIJ3 members
and will be considered by that Board at its regularly scheduled
meeting on 8 December. You will, accordingly, be advised of
further developments subsequent to that meeting.
