MEMO FOR RECORD:
Basic memo from Executive, 20 June 1949, advises OSO has been
conducting basic training for OPC within limit of capabilities. OPC
has 14 grades for basic training in T/O. OSO feels these grades should
be added to OSO training staff rather than included on OPC T//.
Centralized training facilities used by both offices. Recommends
increase of OSO training staff by grades in question.
