MEMORANDUM FOR: CHAIRMAN, INTELLIGENCE ADVISORY
COMMITTEE
1. It is requested that I be relieved as -Chairman of the
Watch Committee of the Intelligence Advisory Committee,
effective as soon as it is possible to name a successor or an
acting chairman.
2. I have had this responsibility for more than two years
and I believe that some action should be taken to rotate the
chairmanship at the earliest possible date.
