I have alerted both Joe Phillips and Mr.
Horsey with respect to the issue of

May 25. While Joe recognized this as a
matter for the State Department, he seemed
in doubt as to what, if anything, they
could do about it. I mentioned, as one
possibility, that they might attempt to
get permission to straighten out some of
the specific items before they actually got
into print.
