are exploiting current Senate Committee investigations under the title of:-
"The Fifth Estate"!!
These Bastards are obviouslybent causing as rnueh disruption as possible to
Intelligence Services moreover their quote of "exposing the abuse of power"
seems definitely a Communistic ploy to gain sympathy of sorts!!

Over the past months,you and your committee have done your utmost to subject
to ridicule,denirrate,and,in general,under~nine the very foundations of your country's
intelligence services!!
The culminating point being the exposure of dedicated officials in various parts of
the universe,deta,ils of whom are avariciously pounced upon by sensation seeking media,
subsequently being exaggerated out of all proportion and resulting in the deaths of
men doing a job of work which thereby ensures that you and your committee are safely
esconced on your asses in Washin~tn~a.
Please look closely at the enclosed cutting and put it in front of your goddaanmed
committee,acknowledging at the same time that by your unnecessary witch-hunting
tactics,you have unwittingly but definitely,stagemanaged the rrnzrder of one:-
Richard Plelch,American national,q-6 yrs of age,in Athens,Greece.!!
Your com?nittee,by their sensation seeking methods~rerniniscent of the Capone era,
are nominating possibles to any international band of lunatics,seeking to further
their political ends notwithstanding giving birth to creeps like Tim Butz,Philip
Agee,Russo and T~Iarchetti,all no-good throw-outs of your social system.
Frankly,sir, independent freethinking people like myself are becoming
more and rrrore convinced that your. committees sole aim is assist the cner!mies of your
count ry,anddemocracy,in the most fla~'rant and diabolical mannerl Sharae on the whole
damn bunch of you!!!
You have put Mr.Colby and his colleages in an impossible position with your. demands,
?~nd for every American official who is intimidated abroad,the initial blame rests on
your shoulders.
Surely the investigating committee would be better employed in "nailing down" that
subversive bunch of bums calling themselves "The Fifth Estate"?????
We'll give them Fifth Estate if they show up over in this country,their fifth estate
will be full of weeds.Forgive the pun.
In conclusion,I take this opportunity to wish you and committee of
senatorial saboteurs,a most "unhappy New Year in every wa4p,with the pos.sibi aty
of conscience a~,~ravation for life in relation to Mr.Welch's fate by~yo~{r~ o~ntry's
