I am sorry to read of your departure. I am sure you achieved a
great deal for our country.
I always enjoyed your visits to Bern, when I was U. S. Ambassador
there for 6 years, and only wish we had had more time for a visit.
I do hope that we can keep in touch in the future. You are a real
patriot and our country needs more of then these days!
