Studies Center's latest publication, Strategy for the West, edited
by Richard B. Foster, Andre Beaufre and Wynfred Joshua. This book
makes available twelve papers by leading West European and American
strategists who examine today's critical Western defense and security
issues and offer suggestions for revitalizing the Atlantic Alliance.
These papers were originally presented at a conference in Juan-les-
Pins in May 1973, sponsored by our organization at which we brought
together representatives of key Western European and American research
institutes who have long dealt with the problems of the Western
Alliance.
