Approved Release 2002/08/21 : CIA-RDP80R01 R0020000 0 *84v* R*jc7},y 1 4 April 1974 Dear Colonel Shin, Many thanks for your kind letter. It was good of you to write and I appreciate it very much. I well remember our friendship and service together as Attaches of our respective countries in Paris. For the past two years I have been Deputy Director of the Central Intelligence Agenzy and find my job most interesting and rewarding. I hope that in the not distant future my travels will bring me to your country and that we can get together then. I still hear from Colonel Kashiwagi who is now in Sendai. With every good wish to you and your family. Faithfully, Colonel Sang-kil Shin Army Security Command Seoul, Korea /Distribution: X21-DDCI w/basic 1-C/EA w/cy of basic 1-ER Approved For Release 2002/08/21 : CIA-RDP80R01731 R002000060043-1
