Many thanks for your letter. I have been
out of the country for some time. Certainly
both Dick Helms and Doug MacArtrur,who is
now living in Erussels, are men of demonstrated
capability.
Enjoyed the trip with Mrs. Nixon. No
hostility, great friendliness everywhere. She
was superb. My judgment remains the same.
