Dear Sergeant Skinner:
I wish to thank you for your kind invitation to the
Noncommissioned Officers of the Military District of
Washington military ball on 10 June. It would have
been my pleasure to attend but unfortunately I will be
out of town for another commitment.
I would like to take this opportunity to wish you
and your fellow Noncommissioned Officers a successful
evening in commemoration of the 197th anniversary of
