At the National Congress of the Sons of the
American Revolution in Boston earlier this month,
I had the privilege of hearing your speech to that
group, which I enjoyed very much.
I was much inpressed by your reference to an
early Chinese tactician whose name I did not catch
(Sun Su?), who laid down certain principles of
war which were subsequently adopted by the Russians.
If it is not too much trouble I would like to
have the benefit of knowing what these principles
are, and would appreciate it if they are available,
to have them sent me, or if not, a reference where
they might be found.
Sincerely,
