OTR Agency Representative to the Foreign Service Institute and
Foreign Affairs E ecruti e Seminar, called to invite you
to address the 10t/Interdepartmenta.l Coordination Conference which
is composed of Senior Officers and Faculty Members of the U. S.
Gov't Schools and Colleges who are responsible for planning and
presenting curricula for courses related to National Security formulation
coordination and implementation. The conference will endeavor through
presentations by key government officials to provide a common
understanding of current U. S. Foreign Policy as related to training
objectives and programs. Some of the people will be from ICAF, NWC,
West Point, AF Academy, and the Agency OTR.
Mr. Colby spoke last year. Others invited to speak this year are:

Ambassador Hummel, Dep Asst Sec of State for East Asia
Curtis Tarr, Dep Under Sec for Mgmt & Under Sec for Security Asst

They are asking you to speak on "Intelligence in the'70's.
