Mr. Stephen Low, Brazilian Affairs Officer at State
called to say that the Foreign Affairs Editor of
VEJA Magazine is in town and having heard about
you, she would like to talk to you for background
only. Mr. Low endorses her and said she had
spoken to others in Washington (White House) on
that basis. He found her to be quite friendly. She
had been in Vietnam and written favorable articles.
State's feeling is that she is fairly reliable, very
bright and discreet. She was here to attend
Democratic Convention. Her name is HARAZIN.
