were (still) able to remember my situation, which only enhances your
very kind gesture.
Such an attitude eloquently demonstrates your very human sensibili-
ties and comforts and provides the necessary spiritual strength which
helps alleviate this heavy and difficult blow which life and fate have
levied upon me.
For this reason, I wish, at the least, to express in these short
lines, my very deep and sincere appreciation.
