STAT For your information, the attached cables
were transferred into the RESTRICTED HANDLING
STAT from the STAFF channel by direction of
STAT of the NE Division. of the Cable Secretariat
recalled all copies o ese ca es which were distributed
STAT in the Headquarters Building. Also
STAT of 26 November told about the-transfer and advised
to discontinue use of on this type of traffic.
For the record, the copies enclosed are the only
ones on record in the Headquarters Building. No other
distribution was made.
NEW SUBJECT: Since no Project Cryptonym has been
assigned to this case, it is suggested that future cables
STAT concerning this case
n the preamble. This would simplify identification
of your cables and prevent unauthorized distribution. If
this case is to continue for a long period of time, you may
