To prepare officers for these positions, the USAICS . .conducts a guest speaker program with speakers from positions of great re- sponsibility within the intelligence community. On behalf of the Staff and Faculty, I would like to invite you to address the Advance Classes inYs.ession on the afternoon of the 27th of June on a subject of your choosing. The board of directors of the N.M.I.A. has asked that I take this opportunity to invite you to address their convention at their dinner on the evening of the 28th of June.
