The documentary film on the KAPPA 74 politico-
military simulation in which you participated has
been completed. The film is classified SECRET/NOFORN
and is 30 minutes in length. The first half covers
the conduct of the exercise, while the second half
is devoted primarily to the panel discussion you
_held with_Mr.__Abramowitz, Admiral Gayler L and _ __
Mr. Vest.
The inclusion of the panel discussion resulted
in a delay in completing the film, but it proved to
be a very worthwhile addition that provides a more
current assessment of the exercise results.
The film is available for use by interested indi-
viduals or activities in the Central Intelligence
Agency. Since any viewings could best be arranged
through your office, I have not made separate contact
with any other officials. I would, however, recTUest
that notification of the film's availability be
passed on to the other KAPPA 74 participants irk the
Agency -- Mr. Bush and Mr. Carver.,
