Also asked to borrow the paper.

disagree with recommendation that there should be a separate
medical intelligence agency and recommend that medical intelligence
be incorporated within the intelligence divisions of the services
,and OIA. We plan to go ahead with our own medical intelligence
branch within the OSI, for our own purposes.
