Dear Dean,
I hate to keep adding to your workload but this is
a modest request which someone in your office can handle
for you.
If you are having new calendars drawn up and photo-
stated for 1951, would you ask them to run off a couple
of extra copies and send me two for each month. It is .
rather laborious job of drafting to make new ones and since
I believe that you and Lowry and Cox will have to have
them I feel that we can save the tax payers a little money
by asking you for photostatic copies rather than having
the local draftsman do them up down here. If, on the otner
band, you have already had them run off and there are no
extra copies just forget this request.
