Dear Sir :
Headlined in American newspapers during the
during past ten days has
been the fact that our President and Secretary Marshall have made to
Britain what proved to be a "futile plea" for a reconsideration of the
!British decision to send back to Europe those European Jews who had
embarked upon another of the recurrent attempts of illegal immigration
into Palestine.
Would it not have been far more pertinent, as well as far more
logical, for our government to have inquired as to what persons or
American, organizations blatantly provided, chartered and dispatched
these ships, contrary to all international laws governing immigration?
Who or,what as yet unrestrained American organization, contrary to the
sovereignty of the nations of Europe-have caused these pitiful groups
of their own people to break every normal and legal regulation govern-
ing frontiers? It is this group that has visited the crowning degra-
dation upon its own peoples not England or America. These persons or
group organizations are they who should be the concern of those high
in authority in our government. It is these who are bringing upon
their own people, upon our fair land, and even the U.N. a harvest of
distrust and contempt -- it is these who are are obstructing peaceful
settlements of legitimate problems of international concern.
To many thoughtful persons in America it seems regrettable for
our national dignity and integrity that our Secretary of State has not'
long since gathered from his own files, as well as to have directed
Mr. J.- Edgar Hoover to report to our State Department, the names of
those persons and organizations located in or stemming out from our
White House, our State Department, our high courts, as well as. our
halls of Congress, who, for their material gain, or aggrandizement,
have purposed and carried on a private war against England, our ally,
a country and a people who have given many and adequate proofs that
their general national aims and purposes are accepted as desirable by
Christian and Jewish Americans alike.
Are these ruthless Jewish groups merely senselessly anti-British
or are they actively and aggressively anti-Christian? When I hear
young returned Jewish veterans say -- as I have -- "If the Christians
try to bother us in America, we'll show them! The war has taught U.S

how to organize and how to 'take overt -- exactly how to disrupt or
to gain key positions of control." When I hear an accredited Jewish
leader preach "as a matter of plain fact, when this Christian code
of ethics is rightly understood, it does not apply to the world of
men as we~~know it today." -- "Their leaders were merely provincial
pietists. I ask you to cherish the resentments which you know at
this critical time in the history of our race, and to direct your re-
sentments to do their decisive part in the affairs of men." He closed
this ominous anti-Christian talk with the final directive "I charge
you to be ruthless." Yet he and all his congregation out of all the
world had choosen to come to a country. founded on Christian principles.
Too long have we adopted a laissez faire attitude toward this
whole unsavory problem. The very ruthlessness and lawlessness of the

Zionist Jews is daily building up an instinctive emotional defense
against all the Jewish people. This feeling already tragically far
outweighs the tolerance and good will that Christian leaders in Eng-
land and America have earnestly tried to develop and to advance dur-
ing the past decades. Too long have we stood aside or seemingly
looked the other way while Zionist Jewish sympathizers high in govern-
ment circles have more or less openly "connived" while this vociferous
ruthless and completely insensitive portion of our citizens exerts
every effort to modify, nullify, revise or actually cancel our immi-
gration and other laws which have been formulated for the well being
of all Americans and upon which our social, economic, political and
even our spiritual future will be determined.
For the benefit of what portion of our citizenry does our Chief
Executive retain his special wartime "immigration directives" and
related prerogatives? Although these come under a special category
after nearly three years of hush-hush as to their use, isn't it time
for us to request or, if found necessary, to demand that our President
cause to be formulated and published over his own signature, those
special immigration and related directives still tenaciously held by
him? These are U. S. laws or modifications of our laws, formulated
and used for special purposes by our President in the name of all
U. S. citizens. General awakened and aroused opinion would dictate
that without further delay or equivocation, these facts should be
made accessible to all earnest and law respecting and self-respecting
American citizens for their study and evaluation.
Not "Marshall Plans" or "stop gap sums" or extra sessions of
Congress, but, as I see it, by -- and only by -- national integrity
at home and abroad can we hope to regain effective leadership among
nations dedicated to the purposes of peace and good will among all
men.
We have been rightly accused of national imperialism, what we do
and preach seem,no longer identical. One of the several glaring
examples of this has been our leaders demanding that the present
Palestinian government accept 100,000 Jews. The U. S., being 300
times as large as Palestine, and with a population one third as dense
should we not have taken at least 300 times 100,000 or 30,000,000
before presuming (at the instigation of Zionist pressure group leaders
strategically placed in positions of power in our government) to tell
another sovereign power how to apportion her immigration as to num-
bers and types of people?
~ Our own immigration laws are being brought to nought by an influx
ofvisitors"who lose themselves in our large cities and never again
leave our shores as well as by hundreds of thousands of refugees who
come in la 5ly"non-quota" over our northern and southern borders.
Let it again be unequivocally stated that the issue of a "polit-
ical Zionist State in Palestine" and the Jewish refugee or"displaced
persons problem are separate and distinct problems.

Political Zionist groups in this country and abroad have ruth-
lessly and relentlessly used every possible device to confuse the
thinking of non-students of these issues. Hundreds of thousands of
the earnest citizens of Palestine, families who have been law abiding
citizens of the Holy Land for generations,(Moslems, Christians and
anti-Zionist Jews) now live in terror while American financed Zionist
Jews have carried on a campaign of murder and bombing against Christi-
an soldiers who were sent to Palestine by an international tribunal
with a~definite assignment of responsibilities and obligations.
Places deemed holy, places long and lovingly cherished by Christians
have been defaced or destroyed by the senseless fury of these un-
principled, "Al Capone-like" terrorist gangs, several score of which
have been openly invited to come to the U. S. as guests of Jewish
temple groups; they were and are being treated as heroes and raw and
manufactured materials and financial assistance has been made avail-
able to them to aid them in their insane campaign of destruction.
These facts have been authenticated and are frankly discussed by
troubled, disgusted and incensed men of all religious opinion who have
remained free of the corruptive influence of the devious devices of
these Zionist pressure groups.
The Zionist state issue began over a quarter of a century ago.
The issue would have remained the same had there been no World War II
nor any war displaced "refugee" Jews.
Political Zionists want primarily and above all else: -
I - A United Jewish voice in international politics.
II - They also "demand" Jewish economic security.
They demand for the Jewish people control of
1. The inexhaustable deposits of phosphates
surrounding the TSead Sea
2. The oils, metals and minerals found in large
areas of Palestine.
3. They demand control of the Jordon Valley
irrigation and power project..
With these they would make a billion percent on all
monies invested inthe Holy Land.
III - Through the forceable acquisition and control of natural
resources of the Holy Land area, these world domination minded politi-
cal Zionists are dete mined-tb w s u It I:
1. uetir-P control of the essentials for successful
agriculture and grazing on which the people of
Western Europe depend.
2. Intercontinental trade routes by land, sea and air.
3. A vast amplification of their traditional "middleman"
occupation.
These are three of the fundamental reasons why Christians and
Moslems (who are also Semites;) are being murde-'ed and maimed; why
places sacred to millions of honorable men have been desecrated, and
why the U. N. has had to study a problem that among honorable men
would never have arisen. A pretty picture indeed, for our vaunted
claim of civilized society.

This is the "pound of flesh" Zionist Jews demand for the"bond"
given in the British "White Paper." That so-called "White Paper"
which was intended and, by millions of sincere person, interpreted to
mean a spiritual and inspirational home land for Jews, as well as
Christians end Moslems. Had this not been so interpreted by earnest
scholars representing each of these groups at the time of its publica-
tion, a protest would immediately have risen to high heaven. Every
Moslem, non-Zionist Jew and Christian understood its word and intent
and gave their assent.
During the chaos of the war years and the following years of
troubled "peace" these opportunists, these world domination-minded
Zionist State Jews, by their wailing self pity, their senseless brut-
ality, their vicious dishonesty and untruths have gained for them-
selves - throughout this world of men - a record of distaste and re-
vulsion unparalleled in the history of any other civilized religious
group. Their purposes and devices have been a pitiful comment on
Jewish ethical ideals and leadership - a sorry specticle indeed among
honorable men.
At long last -- one young Christian American aviator, along with
a group of Christian officials of France, have shown sufficient moral
fortitude to stand for Christian values of international decency and
law and have exhibited to the people of the world, there shown in
clear view, some of the dastardly, tawdry methods and ideals of the
Zionist leaders who do not represent the vast majority of the Jewish
people.
There is talk now of "protecting" this young Christian aviator
"from the fury of Zionist terrorist gangs." Why? The a ps, as well
as the pictures of many of these Stern and Irgum memberAwell known
in America, because they are represented in our unions, our industries,
as well as in our F.B.I. Why are they not brought before our United
States or our world courts and summarily dealt with without further
delay? Why should honest Christian men for honest acts committed for
the public good be forced to hide from known alien gangsters -- in
this land founded on Christian principles and in this year of our
Lord, 1947?
May I humbly suggest to those rabbis who, out of all the world,
yearn to live in peace in England, France and America -- (countries
founded on Christian principles) -- that they urge upon their rab-
binical school advisory boards that less time be spent on the study of
ancient customs, far less time on the contemptuous ridicule of the
tenets of our Christian religion and infinitely more time on those
ethical ideals and practices deemed worthy in the world of today.
Jews are not and never have been a nation. They are a closely
knit religious group and as such have as much and no more, right to
political nationalism than have Baptists, Catholics, Methodists,
Episcopalians, Dunkards or the happy "Angels" of Father Devine.
In our Bible, St. Paul wrote in Acts II - 5 "And there were
dwelling at Jerusalem Jews, devout men out of every nation under
heaven." This is true not only in the Jerusalem of long ago and
today, but in every country in this world.

A glance through any of the Jewish Year Books will prove that they
.number among their people (by relocation, by inter--marriage or by di-
rect conversion) hundreds of thousands of Chinese Jews, Japanese Jews,
Australian Jews, East Indian Jews, Canadian Jews, Mexican Jews
U. S. Jews, etc.,"devout men out of every nation under hea.ven..~'
The truly devout among these have little or nothing in common
with the innately brutal, conscienceless, resentment laden, militant
minority groups stemming from and financed by New York, California,
and other political Zionist centers such as have voiced their delight
when Christian men are murdered or maimed, or when bombs are placed
close enough to Christian holy places to damage or deface them. These
activities along with boycotts, smear campaigns, and out and out in-
timidation (to stop any organized investigation of their dastardly
work) have gone on hand in hand with wailing petitions to Christian
and Moslem men and governments for special dispensation of beneficial
laws for their "cause", for money and other material aid, for forgive-
ness, for unlimited pity, for tolerance and good will toward them --
"because they have suffered so much". What of the suffering of two
hundred twenty million Christians, Moslems, Mohammedans and Chinese
to whom Europe and Asia is also a burial ground of hope and planned
future, who also have lost families and homes and all they hold dear,
but who now, with high courage, are doing whatever comes to hand to
do for their re-establishment by their own efforts. Europe needs
every possible worker in its reconstruction. Those who have labored
and given honest effort in the past know they can and will rise again
and with cooperation they may hope to establish a firmer and truer
.peace.
May I reassert as most of us who wish for peace and good will in
the world have always asserted that relocation is not, never has been,
nor ever will be a permanent or complete solution to the problem of
the unadjusted Jewish people. Their habit of life, as well as their
philosophy of life, is oriental in its essence. If they wish to re-
side happily and to become adjusted in the Occident, let them be
taught by their leaders some essentials of the western personal and
community viewpoint - (many of their leaned leaders too obviously are
themselves in need of help along these very lines) - let them be shown
the desirability of such business and social ethics as are, among per-
sons of all religious opinion, found acceptable, and desirable in
lands habituated to western cultures.
If, by an "expediency" that shames mankind, these Irgum, Stern
Zionist gangs as a reward for two and a half year campaign of murder
and bombing are now given (by U. N. Committee) Arab owned lands equal
in size to two-thirds the area of the State of Vermont, not only will
they by this unwarranted and unethical decision have the satisfaction
of further retaliation upon "Goyim" and Moslem, but they will have
gained an area of land and a wealth of natural resourcesbeyond their
most avoricious dreams. What would deter this same of any other low
standard groups, actuated by the same rewarding aims and purposes,
from demanding Vermont or Pennsylvania or New York where they now
have centers, or a province in Canada or France, a state in Mexico,
or a really fair-sized country like Brazil? There would be no less
justice to giving the Jews these lands than there is to weakly bow
to pressure group tactics and expediency and give them a Moslem coun-
try. In each of these cases it.would be merely handing over the
native population to a ruthless, alien, antagonistic domination.

I pray that,for the future welfare of Jew and Christian and Mos-
lem alike, this unjust U. N. Recommendation will not be foisted upon
our civilization. There could be nothing more unjust or destructive
to peace and honesty in international councils. Most tragic it would
be for all Jews, a hallow victory indeed, to make of Palestine a
ghetto, a spot on the world map toward which all men would look for-
ever after with loathing and contempt.
Not by pressure group tactics, not by making of themselves a
closely knit and unleaven lump in the communities of the world will
the Jewish people ever gain an honored place in the hearts and lives
of men, but rather by an honest effort to achieve worthy citizenship
in his own country and in his immediate neighborhood. Let him study
to become (as many thousands of worthy persons of the Jewish faith
already have done, many who came to the U. S. have proved this to be
possible.) * self respecting, law abiding, constructive, cooperative,
honorable and honored citizen of any land into which he has entered.
It is only by determined effort on their own part that we can ever
hope that this world wide and two thousand year old problem of these
tragically unassimilated people may be solved.
To accomplish this desired result those persons who have en-
deavored to be a law unto themselves should be brought before our
national or international courts of Justice.
Every church or congregation disciplines the lawless of their
own group, then seeks to establish among these more desirable social
and ethical reactions, then ultimately re-enstates them in their
church community. It is full time for the Jewish people to so dis-
cipline these of their people, rabbi and laymen, who have gone so far
astray,
I sincerely hope that the U. N. Palestine Committee will cease
bowing to pressure or expediency and that it will announce the only
completely honest decision it is possible to make which is that
Palestine remain a Moslem country functioning under its own form of
government.
Our President has proudly asserted his belief in the sovereignty
of small nations and their right to a government of their own choos-
ing. Fine! Now all he and we must do is to prove to the world and
especially to the Moslem world, his and our sincerity and integrity.
Why has this step been so long delayed?-
For centuries the Moslems of Palestine have extended the hand of
friendship to pilgrims to the Holy Land. Let us gratefully and gra-
ciously accept these privileges and with grateful thanks share with
them the rich spiritual heritage that troubled land holds for each of
us. Let us first have the priceless boom of integrity in high places
of government, then, with time, goodwill, and the orderly process of
law, an international agreement satisfactory to all honest men, can
be formulated and the orderly government of the middle east and es-
pecially of Palestine become an accomplished fact exemplifying Godts
will for good for all men even unto this day.
