sending you number seven of twenty
specially-bound copies of my booklet,
"Die Saar in Versailles",which just
came out at Roehrscheid Publishers,
Bonn. It contains a document sent
to you in 1919 on the last page. I
hope that my story will be pleasant
reading to you and that some day we
might discuss the present situation
in the Saar,which ,really, deserves
our attention. If you happen to know
an American publisher who might be
interested in bringing out the English
original of this translation please
kindly recommend my manuscript to him.
It would, of course, be best to have
the entire History of the Saar,of whi
the present publication is only a
very small part,but the subsidy even
for this tiny thing was $ 200.-
