1. The Personnel Office have contacted ONI and Bureau
of Personnel relative to the availability of

2. The Navy is willing to releasel to
us either on active duty status or on the basis of relief
from active duty and employing him here as a civilian. Prior
to release, the Navy must obtain a replacement for which they
have now initiated action and provide for this replacement a
30-day indoctrination period in Washington. It is estimated
that it will be a minimum of sixty days before
services will be available to us.
CFE feels that we should not attempt to use 4
on a "two-hate basis but should wait until his rep ace-
men as reported to prior to using him for our purposes.
