In a telephone call from General Donovan, I gat erec a what
this man has in mind is possible covert employment of some
type and that he mentioned that to General Donovan.
2. The note states that fight need checking.
I have no personal recollection of this man.
3. General Donovan sent this to me in a sealed envelope 25x1
by safe hand so I believe there is opportunity for a reasonably
safe approach.
