In the course of interrogation of the former German
Minister of Post and Transportation, Wilhelm Ohnesorge, he dis-
cussed several war inventions with me. I advised him to write
his ideas down in a memorandum.
Since th s memorandum might, be of interest to your office
I am turning it over to you for whatever u~~~~e~ ~yyou might like to
make of it. -I am also attaches a--letter `Ohnesorge wrote
tome together with the, memorandum.
I would like to inform you that Ohnesorge was released
from the Nurnberg jail. He will not be tried as a 'major war
criminal in-Nurnberg as things stand now. Since he was a
cabinet member of the Third Rele be will be subject.., to a denazi-
fication procedure by the German' denazification courts.
