Dear It2rr. Dulles:
As you may remember, I applied over three months ago for a
position with C.I.A. and was given reason to believe that I
would be accepted within the organization pending a 90 days'
security check.

suggested to you, I am most anxious
to get started in this work.
I expected to receive word from C.I.A. before this time and
am eager to have some indication as to when I shall be called
so that I can make plans for the future.
I would be deeply grateful if you could hasten the procedure
in any way bossible and would greatly appreciate your advice
in this matter.
If you tntish to see me, I .shall be happy to come to your office
in 'r`Iashington at your convenience on any day after April 16.
