Frankel was interested in a list of Agency publications.- After discussion, he indicated that he was interested in agricultural problems and world hunger. I told him I would send turn two "Unclassified" Agency publications dealing with this subject. 3. Ms. Grabon inquired as to whether we had any information.:celaiL g to legislative activities in the last Congress relating to requ.ia:ing Government officials to justify the classification of information sought by a. pive citizen She was also interested in whether there had. been. legislation introduced last Congress which would protect overhead reconnaissance information. I told her I was unaware of any legislative activity on these matters in the last Congress, but drew her attention to the Freedom of Information Act amendments in 1974 and to the sources and methods bill introduced in the House last year. 5.
