C. Discuss Chinese Communist logistic capabilities and
limitations on the Chinese side of the border., in Burma.,
and in India.
D. Describe the climatic and geographic factors that would
affect the nature and timing of such a campaign.
E. Describe the number and type of units and the type of
operations which the Chinese could support in this
theater.
F. What affect would such a campaign have on Chinese mili-
tary capabilities in the Tibet-Sinkiang area? Specific-
ally, how do the above considerations affect the judgments
of the recent USIB Memorandum., "Chinese Communist Ground
Threat Against India From Tibet and Sinkiang.," dated
17 April 1963.
