BERMAN, and BIERUT were in close con? sultation on the subject, receiving their instructions directly from Moscow. 2. Three months prior to the Polish elections, under the direction of ROMKOWSKI? ther* was 'organized a small croup of oualified foraers Who studied ink era, dication processes. the DB (Security Police) drew up lists, handled papers, inks, etc. nMagisterw KOKOMO, a Soviet citizen and professional forger, formerly with the NKVD, was adviser to the Poles on the affair. The training was done on the top floor (6th floor) in the-DB building on Ulica Koszykowa. This special group was given technical training byIEONOPICA out a. Forgery methods. b.
