Of these 2 -'4% were officers, 15 - NCOs and 78 - 83% rank and file. (b) Sbds and Insignia : (a) Personal Weapons : Approx 60 off ioers were seen wearing gold sbds, SAF gorgets and insignia. 12 SAF officers were seen wearing silver sbds. 440 ORs were seen wearing SAF sbds. Rail Movement On 15 Jun 54, 5 rail tank cars-and 1 0-Wagon were shunted on to the spur line loading to the airfield fuel dump.
