Genoral
#h(, Impulse Doiisimeter makes possible continuous moasurement of
impulse densities of periodically and statically divided impulse
sequences. It is suitable for use in conjunction with Geiger Muller
counters as a simple laboratory device for solving nuclear physical
measurement problems, deter :lining radiation intensities and resolving
such technical questions us non-destructi-re testing of matrials,
safety control, etc.

6. MEASURING DESK TYPE -VA-G-20
General
(i) This laboratory instrument is doeignol to count single impulses
and simultaneously to enable their dositios to be measured. It is
equipped with an automatic device to allow hand s,-,;itching as Tell as
measurement by impi lso selection. The duration in time of any
measurement is automatically shown 1?;;r a stop-clock and there is a
switch-clock connection for preselected time ?easur s nts.
(ii) The desks consists of three sound boards (EinschUben) placed in
a single housing. The lower board will take, as desired, the VA-G-40
or VA-G-41 type impulse densimeter nigh tension supply for the
counter. The release +i.nos (1'>ufl8sungszoiten) given in para.4 above
for the impulse densimetcr apply :-:hen the impulse counters are connected.
(iii) The upper and cent -e -boards take the electronic and mechanical impulse
counter equipment -,which can be used in connection with other measrrements
which rely on the countor principle - e.g. short-ti.e measurements.
