[ZaclasureA is a sketch of the layout of this school-7 2. During my service with the Signal 1CO School, I was trained in the operation of the R-10 light radio. After eight hours of training, the student was able to _srato the set without further assistance. On the R-20 radio, I received approximately 12-16 hours of training after which I worked with the net without further assistance. I did not receive any training an medium and heavy radios. 3. Other training conducted by the school involved medium radios, R-30 and R-7; heavy radios R-40 and R-50; and instructions for wire laying for phone operators and switchboard operators. The school trained personnel for cable loyiag and and teletype installations. 4. Training was also conducted for "locators", for searchlight operators and for generator operators. I do not know about the training material or methods in those sections. ! 5. Our training was conducted in the so-called "atom safe" building. We were told t h a t in case o f war t h a t b u i l d i n g w o u l d be used as a headquarters far s twit.
