Captain Yevgeniy Mikhaylovich Sklyarovl is believed to be in charge of the Transport Section (PKP or PKTs) of the depot; this includes both rail and road transport services. 5. During the first half of 1961 an accident occurred at the depot in which two persons were killed and four others wounded. Two civilians were allegedly using steel brushes for cleaning, a spark was struck, and a conventional shell exploded.
