Observed - to the east, one large transport - to the north, one floating dock with about a 1,500-ton capacity - a,nu er of small war ships - all around these docks a member of observation posts - towers - misoellansoas buildings and barracks anaire raft - opposite (to the east of the river) ^2 batteries of 8 cannon each Ca Iib-r (estisated^75 to 100 silliseter). One of then, at the edge of the sea, close to the foundations of the east jetty; the other, one mils to the southeast behind the trees - each of these batteries is equipped with a searchlight - the first seems to be armed and heave g -erded. - COOSRCIAL Paff - a)Hben Branch (Shipyards) observed: - 2 large cranes, very high - 2 smaller cranes, also very high another crane, very large, shorter, but apparently of heavy capa- city - nearby, in the vast - one floating dock for ships of 5,000-6,000 tons and several berths for ships under repair or construction. b) Haven - Coal and Export Pier w' C~L - 18 cranes of different types (on,the edge of the quay) severa ,are with regular-gage rails, and 2 others in construction, farther to the north, each of different types. It may be that the tracks and the cars are Soviet gauge, especially since the coal exported comes from the Donets. - other oars of the German type with regular gauge, painted in light green, have also been noticed.
