M1 GNLT Department., ENGINE Department.,.. PUT Department, 2. LOCOMOTIVE Departments. This department produced the so-called 0.5 locomotive for the Russians. Tno 05 locomotive had five pairs of driving wheels. Monthly production was sot at 25 locomotives per month, but actual production wag 23 24, Narrow gauge locomotives for Russian mines wore also manufactured in this department. GET ZAL In 1949 the production of tractors and lorries was transferred to IIO~'T''LM-SCIF,.Ai1TZ factory, the name of which liras subsequently changed to VOROS-CSILLAG Tractor ?actory. II. DE PARTi1ENTS There are three main departments ; I. Locomotives, until the end of 1955 the factory turned out 2. steam locomotives; thereafter diesels. The >lanned production of liesel locomotives was for 600 h.p, and 2,000 h.p. diesels. The factory worked in conjunction with the adjoinCthg GANZ factory; I:L/WAG producing; frame, undergear and body, GANZ producing the motors. 3ridx,e Factor. , This faotory also produced electric pylons and in October 1956 there was a contract outstanding for the 3. PPODUCTION. 25 to 28 locomotives 0-5-0 are produced uer month. Of this t3'l~9, 700 were delivered to the U.S.S.R. between 1948 and 1954 and after bLing sent to ZA.H011Y near CHAP, they were lifted and put on broad gauge bogies.
