At about 0930 on 22 April 1957, tyro frigates of the RIGA Class
e berthed in SsBanitz harbor. Coastal protection

RIGA Class were described as follows: for mast antennas, each about
2.5 to 3 meters long, aft of the "tub" forward of the aft guns.
The semi-circular radar screen at the mast did not make a 3b0?
