also called Omskstroy, is at a point 15 km. north
of Omsk and 14 km. east of the Volga River.
the TETs complex was being built_by three shifts of 5 000 men
each. Some of the TETs machines were 300,000 horsepower ( The
station was to be the largest in the USSR an was to serve an immense
neighboring project called "Atomblok."
