The Air Display is organised by the CC of DOSO with the
participation of the Air Force.
Before the opening of the Air Display aircraft modellers
will show demonstrative flights of various aircraft models.
Opening l;Yne Air Dieplayr at 1 O. A. M. on 22nd September.
1. The opening of the Display will begin with an Po=2 raft
carrying the national flag of the People's Republic of Bulgaria at
a height of 100 m.
2. KkPo-2 raft tows a "Golub" F-,liicier with a slogan -
"Glory to the BCP" at a height of 100 m.

Air demonstrations of gliders and sorts propellor aircraft organised
by DOSO
Conducted by Lieut. Colonel Ivanov.
A group flight of 15 gliders towed by 8 aircraft fly at a height
of 400 in. and do the following display:-
over the heads of the audience, they make a couple of

Two "Gulub" gliders flown by the worker Krum Toshev and
the employee Dimiter Baksanov are set free from towing
spirals and then land,

(ii) Three UR-1 gliders headed by the Master of Sport
Nikola Kurlezhov and the other two flown by the
mechanic Gaor~i Kotsev and the technician Emilian
perform figures, form a column and by means of
spirals and screws lose height and then land.
(iii) Eight ;,liders of the "Z]in" type, headed by a
Master of Sport Kiril Tonev and the others flown
by TToshko Raev (turner of the "4oroshilov" works),
Slavcho Stankov (worker), and Angel Blagoev
(metallurgist), Pencho.Petkov (in.struotor),
Pen1m Vulchanova (instructor), Dochka Hristova
(employee), and the Master of Sport Aleksander Rusev
are disconnected from the aircraft at a height of
800 in. perform left and right spiral, a screw, form
a column, make a raid on the grand stand, and with
a turn begin to land one after the other.
(iv) Two gliders of the "Lune1:' type flown by Master of
Sport Geor;i Petrov and Roza Georgieva (an employee)
are released at an altitude of 1000 in. and perform
figures of stunt flying, make a raid down to 5 in.
from the ground, and with a turn are directed for
landing.

Airforce, performs stunt flying on an Laz-7M
aircraft at a low height, slow rolling and
reverse flying.
(iii) Tsvetana Bogdanova, a student in Russian philology,
from a height of 1200 in, performs figures of stunt
flying: looping, rolling, Imelmann, turning "through
the wing", etc.
(iv) Instructors Aleksi Hristov and Zahari Zahariev
perform group loopings on Laz-7M aircraft from a
height of 1200 m.
(v)
Instructors Georgi Terziev, Tsonko, Pavlov and
Marloo Peichev perform group figure flights from
a height of 1200 in. on Laz-7M aircraft.

(i)
Captain Tselov (airforce officer Ist class) performs
aerobatics with a jet aircraft from a height of
300 in. Imelmann, vertical figure '8t, looping,
Imelmann with an ascending rolling, lying vertical
figure tut and "candle".
Lieut. Colonel Kaludov (airforoe c f icer I at class)
with abet aircraft performs aerobatics at a height
of 300 m: vertical figure '8t, vertical lying 981
with three rollings, on an ascending straight line,
rolling with Imelmann, vertical lying 181 with rolling

(airforce officer 2nd Class) fly over the
audience at a height of 300 in.
(iv) A flight of jet aircraft. Three aircraft
headed by Major Kpvachev (airforce officer
1st class), perform figure flying - a fan.
(v) Three jet aircraft in a column fly over the
audience at low height and great speed.
PART III
Parachuting demonstrations by DOSO
Instructors Master of Sport Navuahtanov.
(i)
The parachutists Masters of Sport Miodrag
Kostich., knanuil Georgiev and Bogdan
Katsarov perform a double jump from a
passenger aircraft from an altitude of 1500 m.
(ii) A group jump by 8 parachutists with delaying
the opening of the parachute from 10 to 20
seconds from a height of 1500 M.
(iii) An altitude jump from a height of 3500 m
performed by Asen Shari v (Distinguished Master
of Sport), Prodanov (Senior Inspector), Kiril
Zahariev (Distinguished Master of Sport) of the
"r ! R ET CONTROL Burgas Aero Club, and Engineer Miril Vod enicharov,
