SUBJECT: Large Unit in the CONSTANTA Region
A column of 300-4100 trucks of the Artillery and Armored Corps
was concentrated at BASARABI in the morning of 3 October. Each truck
had only the driver aboard.
Later in the day trucks were observed entering
the barracks area of KOGALNICEANU
The first three trucks had been observed several hour before at
BASARABI.
On the same day
trucks were observed at MEDGIDIA,
heading for the barracks of that city
The last two had been observed an hour before in the concentration at
BASARABI.
