Miscellaneous activity in the SP
Rail transports
1. At 1930 hrs on 4 Jan 58, a Soviet rail transport of 28 loaded 2-axled
rail tankers passed through SPERENBERG travelling in the direction of
ZOSSEN. The transport had come from FALKENBERG via JUETERBOG.
2. At 1900 hrs on 8 Jar. 58, a Soviet rail transport consisting of 21 loaded
2-axled rail tankers passed through SPERENBERG travelling in the direc-
tion of ZOSSEN. The transport had come from FALKENBERG via JUETERBOG.
3. At 1400 hrs on 9 Jan 58, 4 x 6-&xled flats, each loaded with a T54 tank,
passed through SPERENBERG attached to a normal goods train travelling
from KE5NIGSWUSTERHAUSEN to JUETERBOG. There were 3 Soviet troops with
the transport. 50X1-HUM
HEEGESEE Camp
5. At approx 1030 hrs on 6 Jan 58, a convoy of 22 empty road tankers
(ZIS 151) t the HEEGESEE Camp and drove to BARUTH. The convoy
at approx 1445 hrs.
6. On 4 Jan 58, the following observations were made at HEEGESEE Camp:
(a)
3 amphibious jeeps were parked in the camp area.
(b) A total of 58 tracked amphibians were parked in the camp. Tps
were seen changing the tricks of some of these vehicles.
SPERENBERG Camp.

8. The following observations were made on 3 Jan 58:
(a) The following equipment was parked in garages inside the barracks:
6 x A/A guns 100 mm;
4 x A/A guns, type not identified, mounted on a 2-axled
carriage with twin wheels (tyred) all round. Length

2.5 in. Length of gun - barrel approx 6 m of which
3.5 m protruded in front of the carriage. Beneath
the barrel there are 2 recuperators. No muzzle brake.
Calibre estimated as 120-150 mm.
(b) 6 A/A guns 100 mm were in firing positions approx 100 m to the
SOUTH of the barracks.
SCHUMKE LAGER
9. At 1100 hrs on 10 Jan 58, a convoy of 25 empty tanker 0 (ZIS 151)
with trailers left the camp. The convoy returned loaded at 1400 hrs.
The colt fiction point is not known. 50X1-HUM
10. At 1100 hrs on 14 Jan 58, a convoy of 85 road tankers left the camp
and carried out a driving exercise in the area of BARUTH-UCKRO. The
vehicles returned to camp at approx 1030 hrs on 17 Jan 58. 50X1-HUM
