wheel hub of the Soviet military vehicle GAZ previously
made of the metal GTS 38 (Guss Temper Schwarz ), is in future to be
strengthened by substituting the metal GTS 38 for GGG, a ball graphite.
25,000 of these hubs are to
be ma e at the Progress or s, Berlin - Oberschoenew-de.
The GAZ 69 is to be fitted with an observation dome in the roof of
the driver's compartment. This dome is to be made of plexiglass,
prototypes of which have been made and approved at the Works. The
GAZ 69 is to be used as a command vehicle. The GAZ 69 is also used
as an ambulance.
4. All Soviet officers assigned to the Progress Works will in future
have had technical trailing in the USSR. Those at present at the
Works with no technical training will shortly be replaced.
Comment. As received. Literally, black tempered cast metal.
