2. P' anmun4p Is located in the area of BT 8901. The office of the P t a .
i-gan People's Committee and the P' annum-gran Internal A ffa i.rs Station,
which are both located in the same building, is located in the are:;a
of BT 896013. The P lan iui-~p People's Go inittee -l:3 situated a short
distance from the above point. The offices of district people's
coztzriittoes in P' anu_mmr?gun include 1) the Gh$n jae-'ri 50X1-HUM
People's Committee (BT 911064), 2) the Sginj;'ng--ni People's Committee
(BT 971068), and 3) the P'yonghwa-. i People's Committee (BT 92.7027).
3. In P' annfun-gun, the number of neighborhoods (Pan) in each district
ranges from 13 to 30. In Ch 3njae-art there was 50X1-HUM
a total of 27 neighborhoods.
4. The P' anmun-gun Internal Affairs Station has under its control several
sub--citations, which are generally responsible for two (2) to three (3)
districts in the county. In S~nj Sng-ni (BT 9707), the Chinsgl Sub-
Station is in charge of the areas of Sdnj~ng-ni and Ch~njae-ri, and
in P'y~nghwa-r?i (BT 9300), the P'yonghwa Sub--Station is responsible for
P' y4nc iwa-ri and P' anzrun-gyp. The Chins S Sub-Station is staffed by 13
men, five (5) of whom are military officers. The man in char a of
security at this sub-station is NO Chae--s/p (NTA) with 50X1-HUM
5. P'a nun-gun has one (1) senior middle school and several junior
middle schools, with a primary school in each district (Ri). The
senior and junior middle schools are three (3) years and are co-educe.-
uional. The primary schools have been enforcing a four (4)--year
compulsory educational system since :L957. The P' anmun.--gun Senior
Middle School is situated just adjacent to the p' annum--gun Internal
/.ffairs Station in P'anmun-yp. This is a two (2)-story structure
with a slate roof and cement-lime walls, 50 meters long, ten (10)
meters wide, and seven (7) meters high. The building serves both
as the senior middle school and the P'aninun Ist Junior Middle School. ILLEGIB

meters long, ten (10) meters wide, and 2.5 meters high.
2) People's Committee: Located at BT 91070620, the oomanittee uti-
lises a civilian house which has not been destroyed during the
War and which is . a one (1)-story structure, grass roof, slay
wall, approximately ton (10) meters long, eight (8) meters wide,
and 2.5 meters high.
3) Cb n1aee Jr. Mddlg gho l: Located at BT 91200620, the school
includes two (2) structures; one was built in 1955 and is a
temporary built one (1)-story structure, grass roof, clay tell,
appro=Lmately 20 meters long, six (6) meters wide, and three (3)
meters high; and the other one was built in 1956 and is a one (i)-
story structure, red tile roof, clay brick well with lime plastered
on, approximately 20 meters long, six (6) meters wide, and four (4)
maters high. The school employs about 15 teachers. Approximately
6-700 students, boys and girls, are enrolled.
4) Ch fee onsum!er's Guild Store: Located at BT 91070617
the store Is a one (l)-story structure, slate roof, cement
wall, approximately ten (10) meters long, six (6) meters wide,
and three (3) meters high. The store employs about three (3)
salesmen. The store sells various foods and daily necessaries and
handles the business of grain ration for the government employees
of the district.

the sub-station is a one (l)-story structure, grass
roof, clay wall,. approximately eight (8) meters long, three (3)
meters wide, and 2.5 meters high. This sub-station was formerly
located at BT 91070617 with the Culture & Propaganda Office of the
Cbnnjae-.ri People's Committee. The sub-station personnel include

7 - 8 policemen. The sub-station is responsible for the maintenance
of public order over the Cl njae-ri and Sgnj ng.ni districts.
Consumers s Cld Store: Located at BT 9700'13 50X1-HUM
cement wall, approximately ten (10) meters long, six (6) maters
wide, and three (3) meters high. The store employs about three (3)
salesmen. This store does not distribut rations to the governmental
employees of the district.

doctor and two (2) nurses. The station only treats minor cases.

the store is a one 3).atory structure, gray elate 50X1-HUM
roof, cement wall, approximately ten (10) meters long, six (6)
meters wide, and three (3) meters high. The store sells various
foods and daily necessaries and handles the business of diatri -
buting rations for the government employees of the district.
