tions, see the Oehang-ni Plan.)
3. Oehang-ni, consisting of 23 neighborhoods (Pan), has ap roximately
600 households (hearsay). 95 percent of which are farm cooperative
members. Consequentially, the neighborhood. (Pan),(iiroptly-controlled
by the people's committee, is losing gradually its function, because
the members of the farm cooperative are directed by the; work team
chiefs of the farm cooperative, not by the chiefs of tht neighborhoods
to which their homes.belong. There are now in Oehang-n only three
(3) neighborhoods'Pan), which hold all individual,farmers in the
district and are directed by`the people's committee. However, the
future fate of the present neighborhoods (Pan) when all' the' farmers
should have joined the farm cooperative: is unknown.
P'ypnggang-gun, neighboring the demilitarized zone, consists of 36

who was born in the district and once awarded the title of "Hero".

Nangha-ri (590553), and Ibam ni (or Kappau) (CT 561560), and is the
smallest district in the county, having only about,150,households and
has not even a primary school.
